Returns
Chosen Flame offers a 5-day return window, which means you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Quality Assurance
Each Chosen Flame order undergoes a quality inspection prior to shipment to ensure items are free from defects and meet our standards of care and craftsmanship.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of receipt at business@chosenflame.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items
- Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage after delivery

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements listed above and be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
