Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time  
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.  
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking  
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

International Shipping  
At this time, Chosen Flame ships to select locations. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
